Meet one of the great Australian entertainers

Ian "Turps" Turpie is an Australian entertainment legend, whose career spans over 50 years.

Born in Melbourne in 1943, Ian began his entertainment career at the tender age of 10, when he was accepted at the prestigious Hector Crawford Drama School and gained recognition as a juvenile actor working in radio and theatre.

Still having a ball doing trivia events - so much fun and I meet fabulous people every night. Thanks for coming along.

Regular gigs are:
 * Mondays - Pagewood Hotel in Maroubra.
 * Tuesdays - Time & Tide Hotel in Dee Why.

Games begin at 7.30pm at both venues and are normally finished by 9.30pm or so. I'd love to see you at one of these trivia nights - I'm sure you'll get a buzz, as I do.

I'm doing lots of private trivia nights lately, so please email if you'd like details. A great idea for Christmas parties or special events. I usually supply the questions (let me know if you have a specific topic you'd like to feature, i.e. history, sports, movies, etc.) and can bring along answer sheets - let me know how many people you're expecting.
